There is a $30 pet fee, so make sure you selected “traveling with pets” when you started your search. If the pet fee is not paid at booking, there is an additional $150 service charge. No smoking, no partying, no events (see house rules). Parking space for 1 vehicle only. The space Drive to the end of the driveway at the back of the house and park next to the gate. This is a private entrance to Nannie’s Nest, a 1 bedroom (queen bed), large bathroom with shower (no bathtub), full kitchen, open living and dining area, and private fenced in yard with a fire pit. Do not go to the front of the house, it is a separate rental. Guest access Guest will have access to a complete private suite in the back of the house along with a private fenced in yard. Other things to note To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all, this is a strict non-smoking property. This includes e-cigarettes and marijuana. If there is evidence of smoke inside the unit, the primary guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300 to remove any odors, stains, etc.
