Hobbit Hole

When the Hobbit is away, you are welcome to stay! His shire is located in beautiful down town Sylva, NC. The front door is minutes away from trout streams, coffee shops, book stores, antique shops, numerous breweries, and restaurants! If you can manage to leave the comfort of our bed, put the kettle on, have some tea and curl up with a good book. Whip up a second breakfast on the hot plate. Town is a two minute walk. Hike, fish, have a pint or two, shop,or find a pot of gold at Harrah’s Casino. The space Fair warning-the Hobbit is rather short. His ceilings are 6 foot 3 inches tall. If you are over 6’2, you may have to duck through doorways. He also does not have AC, because his home being subterranean usually results in cool temperatures. Fans and heat are available at all times! When days end finds you weary & your belly is full, take an endless hot water shower and then drift off to sleep in the comfortable bed once more. This home is only occupied 6 weeks of the year, so enjoy your stay and all of the peace, comfort, and joy this fanciful retreat has to offer.
