Great space to enjoy on the coast for an extended stay while you vacation, work remotely, look for permanent housing or just enjoy a change of scenery. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom guest space has all the amenities for a perfect coastal stay. Spacious, bright and light living room/kitchen makes for a great gathering location. Has upstairs private sleeping loft and downstairs bedroom. Has a backyard that is perfect for Fido (pet pre-approval required, pet fee may apply). The space This 500+ square foot guest house is attached to the main house. It has its own private entrance and no common walls. Downstairs has one bedroom with bathroom (accessed through the bedroom) and a living/dining/kitchen area, plus a sleeping loft upstairs with a desk/remote work space. It is about a mile to the beach, so obviously not an oceanfront, but it is a nice stroll to the beach or bay from this location. It is in a residential area just off of Highway 101 south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge, very near the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Marine Science Center, Rogue Brewery and Wilder Area. There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. The kitchen has a full size sink. There is a range, microwave, refrigerator and a coffee pot. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and other various small appliances. It has a full bathroom - vanity, toilet and shower (no tub) that includes a clothes washer and dryer. The single bathroom is accessed through the downstairs bedroom. Both queen beds are outfitted with bedding and pillows - one downstairs in the bedroom area and one upstairs in the loft. Bathroom and kitchen towels are provided. There is one television downstairs but no regular channels or cable. The TV is equipped with Netflix and Prime availability. (The point of coming to the coast is to explore and enjoy what you don’t already have at home, right?). There is also wireless internet connection. We are big recyclers and ask that you please recycle as much as possible. There is a large recycle can for co-mingled items (cardboard, paper, allowed plastics, etc) and a yard/food waste can. Recyclable cans/bottles and all glass can be left near the cans and we take care of them. Please see the handout listed on the fridge or in the notebook for full recycling details - we hope that you will help do your part to keep as much as possible out of the landfill.
