Down stairs you will find a recently renovated fully functional kitchen, outdooelr seating & BBQ area, laundry and toilet for convenience. Filtered island views from main bedroom balcony and the courtyard with a BBQ for those quiet nights in. The courtyard is tree shaded with views across the water to watch the sunset over the islands in the afternoons or play a game of corn hole. The house comes with all linen & towels, initial basic consumables, you can get further supplies from the well stocked IGA supermarket on the island which is 2mins buggy drive away. You will be picked up by a valet from the airport and taken to the townhouse. You will have a fun buggy to cruise around the island and see all their is to see. Every room is air-conditioned and there is an option to have an additional single fold out bed in the second bedroom for a child/adult to sleep on the floor. Carseats, cots, high chairs and toys for children all available on request. Guest access All facilities on Hamilton Island are available to guests. The Hamilton Island Gym is near the Reef View hotel and does charge a casual fee or a multi visit card.
