Book your dream time in our 120 m², barrier-free penthouse apartment with a large roof terrace in the center of Oberwiehl. As long-time hosts, we have placed great emphasis on high-quality, cozy furnishings with many design elements - a mixture of antique and new - and a lot of art. Whether you're coming to work or vacation, you'll have a good time here. The space Despite its central location, you can see the green Oberbergisches Land from everywhere in the apartment. At the same time, the apartment is not visible from the outside. The ZeiTraum is located on the top floor of a house with an elevator completed in 2022. Amenities include generous windows, underfloor heating, ventilation system, electric external Venetian blinds and skylights. A fireplace keeps it cozy on cold days. From the hallway you can reach all rooms: - 2 bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds and large built-in wardrobes, - 1 study with box-spring sofa bed and built-in closet, - 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub, each with toilet, - 1 living/dining area with open kitchen, - 1 guest toilet, - 1 storage room with washer and dryer (included). The roof terrace is accessible from the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Here is a large dining table and two sun loungers. All shopping, a restaurant and the connection to local transport can be found within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. The A4 Olpe-Cologne highway is a 7-minute drive. Free parking is around the house. We personally look after all guests on site and will be at your disposal for any questions you might have. Guest access Access to the house is on the ground floor. With a master key, our guests have access to the entrance door, the apartment door and the garbage room in the basement. Other things to note Please let us know when booking if you would like to book a paid, secure underground parking space. You will receive a remote control for this. Out of consideration for the neighbors, we ask that you reduce the volume accordingly in the stairwell and after 10 pm.
