Spread out about 120m2, this spacious apartment exudes an airy but cozy atmosphere and lots of greenery. The apartment has 3 sizable bedrooms, all 3 are equipped with spacious wardrobes and comfortable beds, with the master bedroom boasting a 180 x 200 mm king size bed and the other bedroom having a 160 x 200 mm queen size bed. In addition, this room has an adjoining spacious bathroom with bathtub. The living room, complete with a spacious balcony, has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen OLED TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. For those who prefer to prepare their own meals, I have designed a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a large fridge, cooker, kettle, various pots and pans, and a microwave. Opposite the kitchen you will find a convenient loggia equipped with a washing machine, washing powder and two clothes racks for your laundry needs. The building also has an outdoor pool, which is open seasonally from April to November, from 8 am to 6 pm. Guest access Your residence card, conveniently located in the mailbox, allows you to take the elevator to the upper floors. When going to the ground floor or basement, you will not need a card. Cabs can easily pick you up right in front of the main entrance of the building for your convenience.
