This cottage is a 2.5hr drive out from the GTA. It is ideal for family reunions with plenty of outdoor gathering space to eat, play and enjoy the sunset! The space Our newly renovated cottage features: ✔ 2 separate cottages - next to one another ✔ Hot tub ✔ Waterfront access with dock ✔ Watercrafts available: Inflatable Kayak & Canoe* ✔ Cabana with seating and foosball table ✔ Firepit with seating surrounding it, overlooking Gunter Lake ✔ Outdoor picnic tables ✔ Soccer nets ✔ Volleyball nets ✔ 2 BBQs ✔ Life jackets ✔ Pet friendly ✔ two 43inch Smart TVs ✔ All bedding is included - made on the bed for you upon your arrival. No need to bring your own! ✔ Well equipped kitchen including coffee maker, kettle, toaster, espresso maker and with basic cooking necessities. ✔ 1 king sized bed, 3 queen sized beds, a bunk bed (2 twins), and 2 queen sized sofa beds *Inflatable Kayaks and Canoes must be reserved beforehand and a waiver must be signed. Guest access ***Please note that venturing onto the lake in the winter is not recommended as the ice is never 100% safe, and not monitored*** Other things to note Please remember to bring your own bug spray. Cottage country witnesses a lot of snow and there can be ice build up on the driveway. By booking this cottage, guests acknowledge responsibility for their own actions and will not hold any of the owners of the cottage responsible for any injury due to slipping on the driveway. This cottage is on a well, and the water is potable. Most people don't mind, but some have mentioned it does have a different taste. We recommend bringing your own water. EV Charger on property is to be shared and it’s 14/50 connector. This cottage shares some of the outdoor amenities with the neighbouring cottage and dock. Please be respectful in sharing these items. Please also be advised that our outdoor furniture will be unavailable from November to April due to winter weather conditions. Other features may also be unavailable and are subject to weather conditions such as the bbq and outdoor fire pit. Our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival. *We don’t have public waste removal and guests are required to remove the garbage they brought in. We will provide details on how and when to remove garbage. Luckily our local dump is only minutes from our cottage. We understand that removing garbage isn’t ideal and takes away from the luxury of the cottage. We apologize for any inconvenience. Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee. Please contact the host in advance for details. Any late check out without prior notice to the host will be subject to a $10 fee, billed in 10 minute increments. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.8 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required.
