This beautiful, modern home in quiet, wooded Nassau Point will be the perfect spot for your North Fork vacation. Built in 2003, this 4 bedroom home with swimming pool is perfect for families or couples. All the best the North Fork can offer is within easy reach. The space The property is located on a quiet, wooded road within the secluded neighborhood of Nassau Point. There are three bedrooms upstairs including a spacious master suite with ensuite bath, plus a double and a twin bedroom. Downstairs, there is a TV room/bedroom with double sofabed. There are three full bathrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) plus a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a travel cot for an infant. Wifi is fine for videoconferencing/Zoom. The garden features a 20x40 heated saltwater pool with deck and loungers/umbrellas, plus a pool house. The pool has a cover for safety and cleanliness. There is plenty of room for outside relaxation with patio furniture, plus lovely outside dining for eight. Pool is open early May to late September. Returning guests please note we are retiring our swingset end of 2023 and currently planning what will go in its place. Guest access Guests can access the house, garden, patio, and pool. Other things to note This property would comfortably suit up to eight people. Children are very welcome and we have books/toys to entertain them. Please note that the back garden has a high retaining wall behind the mature shrubs so small children in the garden should be supervised. The local beach (Nassau Point Causeway Beach) is sandy with shallow water so excellent for kids. Unfortunately we are unable to allow pets on this property. Please note the TV has access to Netflix and Prime but not cable/network TV. All trash must be placed in the yellow town trash bags provided otherwise it will not be collected. Please also secure garbage can lids otherwise the raccoons will party. Please make sure the pump is on top of the pool cover when closed. Our area is wooded and natural so you will likely see deer and many birds (potentially including ospreys and wild turkeys). Unfortunately that also means ticks. We do spray our garden with an organic solution but it is far from comprehensive so take precautions. Cellphone service in our area is not great unfortunately.
