Downstairs bedroom opposite a nice park. Room has a double bed and a wardrobe. A shared fridge available in the adjacent dining room for use. Kitchen available for use if desired. Kettle, toaster, tea & coffee is available. This house will be shared with myself so I will be upstairs, however am out at work long hours of the day. House is on a quiet residential road and has a nice open park directly opposite. Garden is also available. The space The room is a double room. Towels will be provided and shower gel and shampoo available if needed. Garden is free to use. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Vaping is allowed indoors, but too much vape may set off the smoke alarm. Room is suitable for upto 2 people. The garden is available for use. There are two sofas at the end for use, but is usually covered to protect against the rain. Guest access Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and garden. During your stay Can call or text me on the number provided when checking in. Other things to note You can have friends over but no loud noise or parties, especially after 11pm. Friends must leave by 11.45pm to avoid excessive noise and cannot stay overnight unless agreed in advance.
