This secure home boasts open plan living with large kitchen, 3 reception areas, 4 double bedroom & 3 bathrooms. Restaurants, bars, cafes & small supermarkets all within walking distance. 2 blocks to the beach & table mountain views. This is our family home that we make available during school holidays for visitors to Cape Town. The space A single story, split level home with open plan living, perfect for family and entertaining. The Kitchen/living room/ dinner are on the upper floor and lower pool room leading out to the pool area. The bedrooms sit on the other side of the house. With 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and 2 with sliding doors into the patio and garden. The main house has 3 showers and in the master bathroom, his and hers sinks and a jacuzzi bath. The main bedroom suite has a dressing room which doubles as a work space with a desk and chair. Ample hanging and draw storage available for your items in all bedrooms. The studio flat (bedroom 5) has its own separate entrance but is also attached to the main house by the kitchen. It has a kitchenette and shower room. Outside there is a 10 metre pool with patio, firepit/braai area and a large front garden, perfect for the kids to run around and play. This is a secure house with a electric gate entrance and alarm system. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. The garage will not be accessible. Other things to note loadshedding: If loadshedding occurs during your stay, we have the following in place for you; - a full solar system meaning that it is unlikely you will be affected by the power outages. - Gas hob in the main house - Loadshedding box with candles, lighters and some rechargeable lights for use around the house. - Back-up battery for gate - Security system back-up
