In the living area you will find a comfy lounge, Smart TV (LG NanoCell 4K), Sonos soundbar, high speed unlimited WiFi, access to Disney+ and of course we have also supplied family games / books. The dining area includes a 6-seater table that overlooks rear garden and access to rear verandah / backyard. The kitchen is access via the dining room and has all the conveniences of a modern home with double electric ovens, gas cooktop, convection microwave, Breville Barista Express Coffee Machine, chilled filtered water on tap / fridge with integrated Ice Maker, a well stocked pantry / fridge and appliances. Plus the added bonus of never having to worry about running out of hot water with an instantaneous gas hot water heater installed, along with ducted heating / cooling. The bedrooms have quality furniture / bedding with mirrored built in wardrobes available in bedrooms one and two. Then there is bedroom three, with two single beds and clothes storage. Please note that there is one main bathroom with a full sized bath, toilet, walk-in shower and vanity. In the laundry you will find a well stock pantry, integrated washer / dryer and access to the 2nd internal toilet via the laundry. The backyard is fully enclosed and can be access via the laundry or dining room. Please note with have strict 'NO PETS', 'NO SMOKING', 'NO PARTIES' house rules. Guest access Guests will have private access to house, front/rear gardens and full use of the driveway.
