Pets are welcome as long as they don't exceed 20 pounds. The space This is a multi-level property and is one of the larger units in this highly desirable vacation rental community. Decorated to reflect a true mountain retreat, bedrooms located on multiple floors gives privacy to a variety of guest configurations. Guest access The property has a lock box on the main level. Information to access the key will be provided by the owner in advance of arrival. Other things to note This is our family vacation home. We spend a great deal of time here when the unit is not rented. Please care for it as if it were your own. The complex is home to full time residents and expectations to noise levels are strictly adhered to along with proper pet ownership which includes strict Ruidoso leash laws and picking up and disposing of your pets waste appropriately.
