The basement of the home is a locked private unit for the owner Rahima, however she works long hours and is almost never home. We are 8 min from Spooky Nook and about 15 min from Downtown Lancaster! There is free on street parking in the neighborhood. You’re welcome to park on the lefthand side of the driveway, but please leave the righthand side open for the owner’s vehicle. Uber and Lyft drivers are always available and in the area should you need a ride! For long term renters, we charge an additional $150 per month for cleaning. This includes two room cleanings per month. The additional cleaning fee is due before your arrival and the room cleanings will be scheduled twice a month whenever is convenient for you.
