Enjoy the Lake George region spring, summer and fall at this authentic style one bedroom log cabin located at the Cramer's Point Lake Breeze property. Large living room with cathedral ceiling, exposed logs and beams, stone hearth and wood burning fireplace all add character, charm and a cozy feel to this unique space. The living room includes a dining room table, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. A full kitchen is not offered. Bedroom features a Hickory log queen bed. NEW heat pump A/C! There is a smaller sized bathroom consistent with a log cabin built in the 1930s, with a (30"x32") stand up shower. The decor is rustic traditional Adirondack style, quaint and cozy centered around the stone hearth. There is a 42" inch flat screen smart TV with cable service. Relax in our NEW Cedar lpg couch and rocking chair. Cabin 1 is efficient and quietly heated and cooled by a new mini split heat pump unit. The building is a duplex cabin, and there is one more unit that shares one wall, located on the right side of the building. There is ample deck space, and private table and chairs. Below the deck is a private picnic table, charcoal grill and adirondack chairs set in a little courtyard style lawn area, partially screened in by a stone wall and arbor vitae trees. The cabin is close to Lakeshore Drive, but sets down the hill, below the road and behind the stone wall and trees, providing a sense of privacy even while a part of the resort. just in case you have a third person that you plan to bring, we have the option of adding a roll away bed which is a single size. If you do plan to utilize this, please bring your own linens for that, or request from us in advance. We always recommend that rollaway beds, even new ones Such as the ones we have, are most appropriate for children or those who don't have any specific Comfort needs. We have an extra blanket and pillow in the cabin. Guests have access to all of our amenities, seasonally available, including: trail to Lake George water front, row boats & canoes, 2 pools, outdoor games such as shuffle board, ping pong, horsehoes, basketball, and fire pit. The trail to Lake George leads approximately 500' from our property down to the lake, over a right of way on private lands. In Lake George, we are on the slope of the mountains leading down to the lake, and there is a pitch to the short trail. It is not paved, and there is no vehicle access. Guest access The Cramer's Point Lake Breeze property offers Guests private accommodations, and many amenities. In addition to the deck and yard amenities specific to Cabin 1, already described, Guests have access to all of our amenities, seasonally available, including: trail to Lake George water front, row boats & canoes, 2 pools, outdoor games such as shuffle board, ping pong, horsehoes, basketball, and fire pit. The trail to Lake George leads approximately 500' from our property down to the lake, over a right of way on private lands. In Lake George, we are on the slope of the mountains leading down to the lake, and there is a pitch to the short trail. It is not paved, and there is no vehicle access. Other things to note There is a short ramp onto the deck, and not steps into the cabin. Parking is just below the cabin duplex. We provide all bed linens, comforters, blankets, pillows, and towels. We are not a waterfront property, however, we have some filtered views of the lake that are even more expansive in the fall and winter as foliate falls. Pets: Please contact us about the pet you wish to bring. We have a limit of one pet, less than 30 pounds. The pet fee is $150. Dogs cannot be left unattended unless crated, and are not allowed on the furniture or allowed unleased on the property.
