Beautiful ground floor suite in a complex of 8 apartments spread over 3 floors. It has all the amenities and is ideal for 1 or 2 people. Prime location just 8 blocks from the Santo Domingo Temple and close to all the restaurants, galleries and museums. The space The suite has: One king-size bed A small, equipped kitchen A dining table with two seats A single armchair Everything is located within the same area; the space is open. It also has a full private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The suite has air conditioning. We have good Wi-Fi in the complex for working remotely in all areas. There is a garden area and an outdoor table that are shared with the other guests Guest access The terrace is for the private use of one of the apartments. You are asked to respect that space. The common areas on the ground floor are for everyone. Other things to note WASHER AND DRYER: Washer and dryer are located in the common area at the end of the corridor to which the main door of the complex leads. There you will find liquid soap and softener for your clothes. We ask that you only introduce complete loads of clothes, Oaxaca is going through a serious water shortage and we need to take care of this valuable resource, thank you. SAFETY: Our properties have a night security guard who can support our guests with anything they need. If any neighbor is making a lot of noise you can write to us and we will send it right away to validate compliance with the rules. LOCATION: The complex is quiet, located at the bottom of a property and in a downtown alley, so car traffic is scarce, this ensures that outside noise is reduced. The complex is located an 8 minute walk to the historic center where the sites of interest are. The complex is located in a sloping and cobbled street. PARKING: This is a tricky area for parking, it is an alley with few parking spots and many car parks, there is a 24-hour public parking lot 5 blocks that offers a special rate for our guest, however it is important to mention that the service provided by them is independent of ours. REGARDING NOISE: The historic center of Oaxaca is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; essential part of our customs includes folklor and music, which on many occasions can cause unexpected noises during celebrations. In addition, some neighbors have dogs as guardian animals and some farm animals, such as roosters. This can get to disturb your sleep, thinking this we make sure to leave ear plugs inside the first aid kit that you can use if you need them.
