Time out at Lake Schwielowsee – apartment right on the water

This apartment is located directly on Lake Schwielow and was completed in the spring of 2023. It is fully furnished and modernly furnished. From the couch you can look directly at the lake. The apartment has an open living-dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space The apartment is located in our house. It has a private entrance, so you are completely independent. The terraces will also be separated by a wooden privacy screen in the spring - you can't see that in the photos yet. From the living-dining area and the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake. Due to the southwest orientation, the apartment is very bright. The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable 1.80 m wide bed and a large closet. The couch in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. Guest access Check-in is usually done by us. If we are unable to arrive at your desired arrival time, you can check in yourself. Other things to note From April to October, Geltow charges a tourist tax of €2/night per person, which is payable on site to the host/us - we then forward it to the municipality. The tourist tax offers some advantages - such as the use of public transport to Potsdam and discounts in the cultural sector.
