The Cottage in the City -Private Yard and Fire Pit

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this peaceful, centrally-located home. This home is equipped with anything you may need during your stay! Enjoy the beautiful naturally lit living room throughout the day, or stargaze in the back yard while enjoying gentle heat from the firepit. The best part? We are a quick drive to anything you may be looking to do in Richmond and only 12 minutes to downtown center city. The space The house is located in a cul-de-sac in the quiet neighborhood of Forest Hills. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. The upstairs bedroom/loft has 2 queen sized beds and the downstairs bedroom has 1 King sized bed. There is a pack and play provided for guests with babies and small toddlers that is available at all times. The living room and kitchen are “great room” styled in an open area that is cozy yet spacious. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and cookies supplies to be able to whip up plenty of home cooked meals. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea! The living room is naturally lit throughout the day with a giant sky light directly in the middle as well as many windows. We have a 58” Roku TV mounted in the living room as well as a 43” Roku TV in the master bedroom! Guest access You will have access to the entire home all to yourself as well a very large backyard space with additional amenities such as Jumbo Connect 4, Jumbo Jenga, Cornhole, a swinging egg chair (double wide), and of course the fire pit!
