A large community building provides a comfortable workspace, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and a studio area upstairs suitable for yoga, dance, choir practice, or other activities. The infinity pool and iron wood deck offers a place to cool off or warm up, as needed. There is ample off-street parking available. The Nest is a place for active adults and is not appropriate for children or infants. Some pets may be considered. The design of the structures and the location beside a small creek creates a natural cooling effect, and along with the electric fans in each room, provide a comfortable environment without the use of air conditioning. As a community, we ask guests respect their neighbors by keeping noise levels low from 10 PM until 7 AM. Please note that monthly rentals receive a 20% discount, housekeeping 2x weekly, linen change 1x weekly. Daily breakfast is optional at IDR 120,000 per meal per person.
