Access to decks with beautiful views of the Bay, and for warmer days use of outdoor dining table as well as outdoor furniture on both decks, lawn area, and KitchenAid grill. The rooms have windowing facing our back yard and the bay. Kid friendly house with trampoline. (regardless of age). Guest access All common area in the house, plus explore half acre property. During your stay We are happy to share favorite restaurants or discuss hiking trails, or other local favorites. The guidebook also includes favorites (can access thru Airbnb App). Other things to note Amenities: We provide coffee and tea. We stock bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. You are also welcome to use the fully stocked kitchen and other common areas downstairs. The energy efficient heating is controlled downstairs via nest thermostat and there are additional blankets and space heaters in the bedroom for use. It can be chilly from time to time and the efficient heaters will warm the space up quickly. We have an on-demand water heating system that you undoubtedly will love. Two guinea pigs live on the property and will be here during your stay (in case of allergies). We do respect our guest’s privacy.
