Small and cozy 2-story apartment located in the heart of the historic center, just 2 blocks from the Zócalo on García Vigil Street, the most picturesque in Oaxaca's historic center, within walking distance of all tourist attractions, as well as the best restaurants and art galleries. The space The apartment is small, please take this point into account. The apartment consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a dining room, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs is the living room and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The air conditioning is in the bedrooms. The apartment is in a gated complex of 4 apartments, they share a common patio where there are tables so you can socialize on a warm night. We have a laundry area, which is a common space shared with other guests from the other apartments in the complex that is offered at no additional cost. It is also where we wash the accommodation's linen, so we kindly ask you to use only one of the two washing machines available. If you need support, our laundry team will be happy to help. REGARDING NOISE: The historic center of Oaxaca is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; essential part of our customs includes folklor and music, which on many occasions can cause unexpected noises during celebrations. In addition, some neighbors have dogs as guardian animals and some farm animals, such as roosters. This can get to disturb your sleep, thinking this we make sure to leave ear plugs inside the first aid kit and a white noise machine that you can use if you need them.
