Comfortable apartment between Lake Constance and Hegau volcanoes

Our comfortable apartment is intended to be a home away from home. The box-spring bed with extra high pocket spring mattresses and premium topper should ensure a good and relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well as the kitchen and the sleeping/living area. The property is suitable for short and long-term stays. There is a guest terrace and a lockable bicycle parking space. Live TV streaming service: waipu tv is included. The space The 43 m² apartment is suitable for couples with and without a toddler or two individuals. The box spring bed consists of two parts (twin bed) and is W: 180 cm x L: 200 cm. It can be separated into two 90 x 200 cm single beds if necessary. The eat-in kitchen with laundry is fully equipped. Washing machine (pods available), dryer, dishwasher (tabs available), fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery and cooking pots, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto capsule machine) towels, bed linen (hotel bed linen seersucker white) and hair dryers are available. In addition, our accommodation has a small safe, ironing board and iron. Smart TV: waiputv, Wi-Fi included. All rooms (except bathrooms) are equipped with electric external shutters. A covered travel bed and a high chair for toddlers are also available on request. The lockable bicycle parking space is located in the large red garden house (right side). Behind the left sliding door of the garden house are the main trash cans. Guest access The apartment is a granny apartment in a detached house on the first floor with a lockable apartment door. Other things to note We the hosts (married couple) live in the house above the apartment. Access to the vacation home is separate from our private rooms and can be entered and exited independently. For our guests there is a small regional item as a welcome gift. The dining table in the kitchen is 140 x 90 cm and can be extended to 160 x 90 cm. In the sitting area, a multi-socket with USB connections is installed, so that the kitchen dining table can also be used as a workplace.
