Nama-Stay is located on a barrier island in southwest Florida. In fact, the only way to get to the island by boat or private plane. This is THE spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy your own private heated pool along with all the amenities that are offered by the island's private club. The house also comes with two golf carts so you can easily explore all the island has to offer. This house is a 30 second golf cart ride to the Island Club and a 1 minute golf cart ride to beach access! The space Nama-Stay features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with plenty of space to sleep up to 10 people. Bring the whole family and enjoy so much needed R&R. Nama-Stay has a king master ensuite, one bedroom with two bunk beds, and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. Most homes on North Captiva are set up with a reverse floor plan; four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry are all located on the first floor. The second floor is the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with the home's 3rd full bathroom. Walk through the huge sliding glass doors attached to the living room to enjoy a screened-in lanai. This has a great dining table to share family meals or coffee in the morning. Also attached is a spiral stair case that leads to an observation deck with 360 degree view of the island, including the ocean! The bottom level of the home is fully screened in for entertainment or dining. Enjoy an afternoon playing darts or ping pong in the shade while the kids enjoy the pool. Just outside the deck is a stainless steel barbecue grill. Enjoy grilling while overlooking the amazing recently-renovated private pool area. Guest access You have the entire house of Nama-stay plus more! Nama-Stay allows guests to also access everything the Island Club has to offer, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, kayaks, tennis court, bikes, and Mangoes restaurant! Guests also have access to both golf carts that come with the house! Please note that the island requires all golf cart drivers to be at least 16 and hold a valid drivers license.
