Perfect for families traveling to the University of Fayetteville for games and graduations, or a relaxing getaway close to all Fayetteville has to offer. The space The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you should need during your stay. We provide coffee grounds, coffee pods, and your most commonly used spices. The living room is equipped with a 55” SMART TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Feel free to log in to any streaming device. Two bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with a connecting bathroom. Upstairs is an extra room with a TV and air hockey table for the kids to hangout. LAUNDRY ROOM is upstairs. Laundry detergent pods & dryer sheets are provided. There is PARKING available for two vehicles. If you are traveling with more, please make plans to carpool. We share a driveway with our neighbor therefore we cannot block it. There is a fire pit out back with chairs and complimentary firewood for those chilly nights. A GRILL is located out back and grilling tools are provided. Fayetteville quiet hours are between 1am-8am. Please be RESPECTFUL our surrounding neighbors.
