The Nila Villa

Address: No.2, Jalan Nila 7, Taman Pelangi 80400 Johor Bahru, Johor. (8 minutes drive from ciq) This is a newly set-up homestay which can accommodate up to 16 people. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space BBQ, Steamboat & Kitchen are free to be used, just clean up after use and return to it's original place will do. For BBQ, we provide BBQ Drum with a new bbq mesh & basic utensils as the picture shown. Parking - The homestay car poach with gated closed can fit 1 car only. Other cars can park roadside. As we are a corner lot house, roadside can park about 6-8 cars. Guest access The rate on Airbnb is for normal accommodation up to 16 pax only. Our homestay doesn't accept events. Disposable bath towels, shampoo, showel gels and hair dryers will be provided. Toothpaste and toothbrush will not be provided. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am. - We charge RM100 hourly for late check-out - We do self check-in for all guests. A door passcode will be provided before the guest arrive. Guest can enter the house using the door passcode. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - No shoes within the house. - No drugs, gambling & any illegal activities. - No smoking indoor. (Extra cleaning fee will be charged for removing the odour. RM1000 - RM1200.) - Please clean the kitchen and wash used dishes / cooking equipment after use. Extra cleaning fee might be applied if dishes / pots are not wash. - Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the premise is too messy with lots of leftover foods, drinking bottles, beer cans, BBQ stuffs, after party / event decorative items, etc. - Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the bed linens or towels been found tough dirt / stains / make-up. We might charge a cleaning fee or a replacement fee. - Keep your voice down 11pm – 8am - Kindly take good care for everything in the premise. Cost for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly if found any damage. - All guests are solely responsible for the safety and the safekeeping of their belongings. The host has no liabilities or whatsoever with regards to guest’s belongings. - Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am - Late check-out, we charge RM100/hour - Check-out: Kindly close all the windows & doors, off all the electricity, and then imform the host u check-out.
