Montford Manor (walk to downtown)

This beautiful arts & crafts, green-certified home is located on a quiet dead-end street and conveniently located to the vibrant downtown Asheville area. Montford Manor has all the comforts of home and much more. NOTE: The AirBnB map of our property may be misleading. Montford Manor is NOT located downtown, but a short 25 min walk or a 5 minute drive to Pack Square in the heart of downtown Asheville. The space Montford Manor has all the comforts of home and much more. All 4 bedrooms feature Serta I-Comfort adjustable beds (head and foot raise and lower). The master bedroom has a King size bed, all others are Queen size beds. While there are 4 beds to comfortably sleep 8 people, a Queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable Queen inflatable bed are also available for additional guests. All 4 bedrooms have TVs connected to Roku (guests provide their own sign on to apps). There are 3 full bathrooms (one with a tub). The owner's suite has it's own private bathroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bedroom downstairs has a full bathroom nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, utensils, cookware and bakeware to prepare home cooked meals. A gas grill is on the outdoor deck, located just outside of the kitchen. High Speed internet is available via WiFi throughout the house. Relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air on our rocking chairs on the wrap around front porch or on one of the 2 outside decks. Take advantage of our high efficiency washer and dryer to wash your clothes before returning home. There is parking for 2 medium sized vehicles and street parking available for a few cars. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (excluding certain storage areas that are locked) Other things to note Montford Manor is near Downtown Asheville, just 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. The Asheville Visitors Center is a short walk away (10 minutes), where you can book anything from tickets to Biltmore House or zip lining and white water rafting, or take a lovely "Hop On/Hop Off" trolley tour. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. The nearest grocery stores (Harris Teeter and Trader Joes) are just a 5 minute drive away. Montford Manor is located just 20 minutes from the Asheville Regional airport. The home has convenient access to I-26, I-40, and I-240.
