Take a step back in time to our Vintage University House, minutes from both downtown Greeley and the University of Northern Colorado. Walk to the football game! Our home is more than 100 years old and you will feel that character throughout. Soak in the vintage vibes with a record spinning, or throwback to your own college days with arcade games in the basement. Indulge yourself with hotel-grade linens and a fully-stocked kitchen. The space The main living space has two separate seating areas; one is larger with a smart TV equipped with Netflix and the ability to log into your own entertainment accounts. The second space is more intimate, including a real record player with a Bluetooth speaker. A queen bed awaits you in the primary bedroom, with plenty of natural light to awaken to and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a full bed, twin trundle and dedicated workspace via secretary desk. Our kitchen has an expandable table and equipped with high-end appliances, including coffee maker and tea kettle. It is fully stocked with all of the cookware and dishes needed to make yourself at home, including coffee and tea. The basement has a kitchenette and additional dining space. The house's third bedroom features a queen bed, large TV and couch, creating an additional living / sleeping flex space. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and custom-made desk for an additional private remote workspace. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds and games for players of all ages. You will also find a Pac-Man arcade table featuring numerous vintage video games, and full-size washer and dryer. We have a pack-n-play and folding high chair for our littlest guests. Be sure to bring your own pack-n-play sheets. Guest access Feel free to roam the entire property, including the front and back yards. The front yard features plants native to Colorado, so be on the lookout for our beloved pollinators. The driveway is long, allowing for the parking of multiple vehicles, and additional parking is available on the street. Other things to note As we transition into the fall season, Greeley offers a vibrant atmosphere full of activities and events. The home is perfectly located for those looking to experience the excitement of Halloween, as the local community organizes festive events and spooky celebrations throughout the month of October. Additionally, Veterans Day in November provides an opportunity to honor service members, with local parades and gatherings that celebrate their contributions. With room for up to 10 guests, this historic house makes a great base for friends and family to come together to enjoy the changing leaves, delicious seasonal treats, and community spirit that Greeley is known for.
