It is very cozy and comfortable space, fully Modern Filipino inspired interior design and furnished by me. All furnitures are made of mahogany wood. My painting collections describe Filipino Culture and tradition. Kitchen includes small fridge, induction stove, microwave and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a decent size mirror and flushable toilet. Shampoo and shower gel is included. It sleeps up to 2 people. A double bed size or one small daybed are available. Sheets, blankets and linen is included. It is always clean, disinfected and prepared with all amenities for the guests to enjoy their stay and to feel comfortable. Guest access CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES FEES: POOL USAGE: ✔️Regular days: ₱150 per person ✔️Holidays: ₱300 TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURT: ✔️₱200 per hour/per session BADMINTON COURT: ✔️300 per hour/per session GAME ROOM: ✔️Free PARKING FEES: 24 HOURS (single entry): ✔️₱100 24 HOURS (multiple entry) ✔️₱150 PRICES MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. ✔️All guests must bring a valid government-issued ID card for Verification. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMINDERS: ⚫️Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss. ⚫️ Take extra care on balconies if you or anyone with you has been drinking or taking prescribed drugs. ⚫️ Do not hang anything on balcony to avoid penalty. ⚫️ Never stand on balcony furniture. Never sit or lean over a balcony rail. ⚫️ Don't try and pass items to someone on another balcony. ⚫️ Don't try and climb from one balcony to another. ⚫️ Airbnb and the host aren’t responsible for any injury and accidents of guests during their stay. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. ⚫️ Do not make loud noises. Please respect our neighbors. ⚫️ Lost or damaged keys costs ₱1800 ⚫️ Strictly no smoking or vaping inside our unit. ⚫️ Please turn off lights, AC, and electronics when leaving room empty or when not in use. ⚫️ Please don’t flush toilet paper. Please discard all feminine hygiene, shampoo/conditioner sachets, and toilet paper into the trash bin. ⚫️ Cooking of smelly dishes ( like dried fish or shrimp paste based dishes ) is strictly not allowed. ⚫️ Please clean as you go. ⚫️ Keep door closed and locked at all times for safety. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests belongings. ⚫️ Kindly take note that check-out is strictly on or before 12nn. Late checkout will have additional fees.
