At Quinta da Almoinha, you will have a dream vacation in a modern family home completely renovated, with all the amenities and a swimming pool on a 7000m² plot. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, 10 min. from the magnificent beaches of Meco, Sesimbra and Ribeiro do Cavalo, and 20 min. from the beaches of Portinho da Arrábida. Only 40 min. from Lisbon airport and 30 min. from Palmela and Setúbal, with a ferry to Comporta. An area of excellent and varied restaurants, on the cheese, wine and dessert route. The space Quinta da Almoinha is completely renovated, brand new, and consists of a main house, two floors, an annex with a private bathroom and an outdoor space with a swimming pool where you can enjoy nature. On the ground floor of the main house, there is the dining room, living room and kitchen in a modern "open-space" concept and with lots of natural lighting. All accessories, equipment and furniture have luxury finishes, to feel like a true rural oasis. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy a nice meal with your friends/family. On this floor there are two bedrooms, with queen size beds, double glazed windows, built-in closets, air conditioning to enjoy the ideal temperature and have a vacation with maximum comfort. Next to the bedrooms, there is a bathroom. The upper floor of the main house has another room, with two sofa beds, an office area where you can work, and also a bathroom. In the outdoor space marked by an imposing pine tree, you can count on an incredible swimming pool, sun loungers, hammock, dining table, sun hat, a space where you can light a fire at night, a perfect environment for good conversations and laughter. Near the pool, there is an annex, with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom. Quinta da Almoinha has a total area of 7000 m². It is a space that has been thought out and created with great care and therefore, we hope you enjoy it with affection! Guest access Access to the farm is through a gate that opens electronically with a remote control, and several vehicles can be parked. Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a bedroom on the top floor that serves as storage. Other things to note No parties or events are allowed on the Estate, and smoking is prohibited indoors. We ask you to be prudently quiet and discreet, especially at night.
