Inside you will find a luxurious kitchen, 2 large family rooms, & 4 spacious bedrooms. Relaxation at its finest! Close to Norterra shopping and hiking/biking trails from the front gate into the Sonoran desert. The space The home features 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms with a large family room and separate den. The kitchen includes everything you need to create a scrumptious dinner with 2 ovens, a large refrigerator, wine frig., microwave, blender, an air fryer, and Keurig. For your viewing enjoyment, there are 5 large screen TVs with live programming access through YouTube TV. There is plenty of outdoor living space. The extra-large backyard is paradise with a heated pool, 5-person hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole toss, rear view-fence, and new golf putting green. We don't charge you more for heating the pool as some places do. Enjoy the sunsets and watch the hot air balloons float overhead. The back patio features two sunscreens that allow for plenty of shade, new gas grill, and artificial grass play area. The home features child safety locks on doors to the pool and gates. The garage has room for 2 cars and the driveway can accommodate 1 more cars. No parking on the street. Located in the master closet there is an air pump and inflatable air mattress to accommodate a child or an extra guest. If you need more space, we have a detached guest suite for 2 guests available available for rent. Guests also have access to the community center, which offers a basketball court, pickleball courts, a large pool, and children’s play areas. Just a short drive to the Anthem Outlets, Norterra Shopping Center, The Shops at Deer Valley, and Desert Ridge Marketplace, all great places to visit while in North Phoenix. Hundreds of shops and restaurants await within a 7-mile radius, including Destination Hot Air Balloon Rides, Starbucks, Nektar Juice Bar, Fry’s Grocery, Burger King, Limon Urban Kitchen, and Barro’s Pizza Restaurant. My personal favorite for Mexican food is El Encanto in Cave Creek and freshly made donuts at Desert Donuts.
