Description
In the regional parc Livradois-Forez (Auvergne), close to the abandoned village "Issandolanges", you can find Gîte les Tilleuls. The gîte has been totally renovated in 2022 and is very comfortable for 5 persons. It has a amazing view over the hills and the forest. In the close neighborhood, you can hike and cycle. When it's cold, you can light the wood stove. The space The gîte is modern and has a Scandinavian style. It contains: - A large and comfortable bedroom with a kingsize bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom "en-suite" with a shower and sink - Second bedroom with a kingsize bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom "en-suite" with a shower and sink - One single toilet on the first floor - A fully equipped kitchen with an induction plate, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher - A sitting area with a (sleeping) sofa and fauteuil - A wood stove - A TV (French channels) - WiFi - Free parking A baby bed is available on request You can use the shared garden with a garden table, garden chairs and a barbecue. In the garden is also a build-up swimming pool (5,5 x 2,7 m). Please note that the garden and the pool are shared with is and the use of the swimming pool is on your own risk. Bedding and towels are provided. There is a washing machine. Guest access The gîte is all yours. Other things to note We live next to the gîte (semi-attached) and we have two dogs (border collies). They are very friendly and they run and play in the garden. You can bring your dog (max 1) Some other "house rules": - No parties allowed - Don't smoke in the gîte and in front of the door of the gîte - Damage to our belongings must always be reported to us Registration Details 918 315 755
