Enjoy our calm and private garden apartment each morning before you hit one of the most vibrant cities in the world. Light enters on three sides, and the original brick wall sits in old-worldly contrast to the modern finishes. To get to the city walk 9 min to the express train which will take you to Soho in 3 stops and 30 min. And it's a 4 minute walk to the local train which will take you to fun Brooklyn places along the way. The space The apartment is our home which we rent on Airbnb when we are away. Because of this there are some added bonuses like a stocked pantry and spices, which you are welcome to make full use of. However, if you prefer a hotel like experience with empty cupboards, matching cutlery, etc this is not the place for you. Other things to note We are next to the Brooklyn-Queens-Expressway, an elevated highway which we lovingly call The Beachside as we imagine the whooshing traffic to be the sound of waves. (Got to have a sense of humor when it comes to NYC living). But if you are a very light sleeper you will probably want to choose another place to stay.
