No yard dogs/animals in house. The yard is not fenced. Yes, horses, alpacas, cats, pigs, Guinea pigs, birds etc. Are allowed. Animals over 60 pound. Like horse, alpaca etc. Would stay outside. Yard is not fenced. No snakes or rats allowed. You will need to clean up feces after your animal. There is a blue bin at the end of the driveway for your bagged trash. This is a home shared with other great people. Easily park 3-5 cars. If you have huge long bed dually or large commercial 20 foot + vehicles, contact prior for parking recommendation.
