1 Private room in basement with parking on-site

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Absolutely NO PARTY and NO PETS allowed. Only guests on reservation allowed on property. Quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM. Please be mindful to keep noise levels down during this time. 1 parking spot is available for guest parking. Please park in front of the garage on the left side as close to the lawn as possible to allow easy access to the garage. Leave the room mess free. Please put all trash in the bin. Other things to note Check in instructions: - Although ideal check-in time is between 3 and 5 PM please arrive before 9 PM. - If you arrive later please be mindful of quiet hours. There are other residents both in the neighborhood and in the house. Keep your movement to a minimum and conversations down. Check out instructions: - Leave room keys on the TV table. If keys are missing you will be charged $50. This will cover the cost of replacing the locks to avoid future inconvenience for us and our guests. - Throw all garbage in the bins provided. Avoid throwing perishable food directly in the bins. Where possible put perishable food in smaller bags. Tie these bags up and then throw in the bins provided. Any mess left behind will be charged additional. Cleaning fee only covers cost for basic laundry and vacuum. - Late checkout beyond 30 mins will include a fee of $50 and $10/hr thereafter. Guests need to vacate the property promptly after checkout. Unless discussed in advance. This is to ensure we are able to make the room available for the next guest in time and quality condition.
