A stylish place for the whole family - beautifully furnished modern 2nd-floor apartment, fully air-con with wi-fi. Fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV. Beautiful rooftop, to relax, have a drink and enjoy the sea breeze with a far distant view of Colombo city. A full bathroom, and a washing machine on the rooftop. Easy access to the main road. Restaurants, shops, bus stations, tuk-tuks, post offices, banks and pharmacies with short walking. 1.2 miles to the most famous Mount Lavinia beach. The space Second-floor unit, you enter into the open plan lounge and dining, with the fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable sofas for the family to relax and the dining table to sit and have meals. Along the corridor, half bathroom, then a full bathroom and a family room with a double bed and a child's bed. The second bedroom is a queen size beautiful four-poster bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. All the rooms have beautiful cupboards/wardrobes, a dresser, and a chair. Guest access A nicely lit pathway/stairway to the second floor. There is no wheelchair access. The ground floor has a garden with a nice mango tree for shade if you wish to sit and relax some evenings. The first floor is a personal space for my family's use only when we are visiting Sri Lanka from the UK. Therefore, the second floor has the full benefit of the entire place to have privacy to chillax. Other things to note Parking is free, however, there is no allocated parking. You will always find a parking spot on the private road leading to the apartment.
