Description

This house is typically housing traveling workers and definitely set up for such. There is no yard and it’s located close to another house. It’s clean and comfortable though!! Rawlins is not a nice place, so don’t expect the Ritz; it is, however, safe though. This unit is near downtown and on one of the main streets. It’s a pretty quiet place, but is near long-term worker housing and very close to the house next door. The space The house is fairly small, but definitely comfortable and set up to feel like “home”. Guest access This is a private home and guests have access to the entire house. There is s a basement with a separate access, which we may access from time-to-time, but that shouldn’t affect a guest’s stay. Other things to note Rawlins has fantastic people, but it’s not a “nice” place - it is safe, though! This is a popular stop because of interstate 80, but is not a tourist destination. Our home caters to traveling workers for about half the year and is available to travelers the rest of the time, so we do our best to make the inside (where nearly everyone spends their time) very comfortable!
