We offer a spacious and modern independent apartment within our house, with all the amenities, in a unique, quiet environment, surrounded by nature, in a privileged and strategic location that allows you to make excursions through the forest or the mountain or explore the entire western area of Cantabria as it is very close to the A-8 highway and the beaches of the area. The space This is a spacious two-bedroom independent apartment, each with a bathroom, inside a newly constructed building. Linens and towels will be provided. Both bathrooms have a modern shower with a screen. We leave bath gel and shampoo. One bedroom is completely isolated and the other is integrated with the living-dining room. The kitchen is new, spacious and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Coffee is left for our guests. Basic cooking equipment is available. The building is newly built and the furniture is new, as well as the mattresses on the beds that are all new and high end. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance from a patio where you can leave the car and sit outdoors. The courtyard and parking lot are the only places shared with the rest of the building's guests. Other things to note Trusting our guests, we have decided not to include any cleaning fee and ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition in which it was received. Cantabria Tourism Reg.
