At the same time, you are on the fourth floor (no elevator!) relieved from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - an atmospheric oasis of peace. The nearby Isar beach offers the most beautiful nature for swimming…🌞 If there are two of you, there is a small bedroom in addition! The space A cozy bed (140 * 200 cm) and a workstation with desk chair and high-speed Wi-Fi await you. With your own AMAZON account, the Fire TV Stick can be used on the 33-inch TV with Netflix etc. A wardrobe offers plenty of space for your luggage. Coffee and various delicious teas are available for you free of charge and a kettle. For two or more guests, a second, small bedroom is available with a 1.60 * 2 m mattress with a view of the Munich skyline from bed! See picture gallery. Transit The main train station / Marienplatz can be reached in about 12 minutes by public transport. The Silberhornstr. U-Bahn [subway] station is a few minutes' walk away - as well as several bakeries / cafes and grocery stores / drugstores / organic stores. The street can be heard in the background in the apartment. But the atmosphere is very quiet. On Sunday there is a lot of ringing in the morning from the nearby churches. But I like that very much. Guest access We share the bathroom. Kitchen use by arrangement. A space in the fridge is reserved for each guest. ☺️ During your stay I also live in the apartment and am available to help if you like. Otherwise, I'll leave you your space and you can come and go whenever you like!
