A lovely renovated Queen 1 Bedroom Loft with open concept, high ceilings, fully upgraded kitchen with butcher block counter tops, and beautiful stainless steal appliances. This loft was built keeping several natural elements of its 19th Century exposed brick, wooden pillars, and accentuated charm have elevated the space to be in harmony with natural elements of the earth. We invite you to come kick back, relax, and let us provide you with some luxury furnishings our restored Loft has to offer. The space The entire loft space is yours during your stay and includes a fully furnished kitchen, fresh towels and linens, working area with desk, complimentary wifi, complimentary offsite gym access (Managed By Another Company, when available). Common areas are still under renovation and upgrades. Complimentary laundry facility available on site and on the same level as each loft space. This units has two electric insert wall fire places and ductless heater/a/c system. And we encourage the ceiling fans to remain in a circulated upward position to maintain an ambient loft temperature throughout all spaces during your stay. Guest access Parking is available on the East side of the building located in the alleyway. Street parking is also available however imposes a time limit during normal business hours. As a courtesy to our small business kindly utilize the alley parking first. Laundry Room access can be located down the hallway outside of your unit complimentary use. (Please use the LEFT Washer and Dryer Unit Only at this time.) Gym access can be located at the Chiropractor’s office along the east side of the down town square. Other things to note At the end of your stay kindly tidy up as needed. We will send a housekeeper to the loft following your departure.
