Not suitable for pets. SJO airport(5 mins) CityMall(2 mins) Poas Volcano(1 hr) The space 🇨🇷This apartment is modeled after a traditional Central Costa Rican home, with some modern flourishes. So if you are interested in getting a glimpse of what daily life is like, please come and join us! A few things to note: 🚫 No A/C, fan only 🔊The apartment does back onto the local sport center's basketball court, they are open until 10pm on week days & 6pm on weekends. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs can be provided. 🚽Waste management systems in traditional CR neighborhoods are a little different, So we ask that you please discard your toilet paper, feminine products etc. in the little trash can provided in the bathroom. 🪟We highly recommend that windows are kept open when possible to encourage proper ventilation. The windows do have mosquito netting. ⚠️Lastly, to ensure the safety and security of everyone on-site we ask you to please ensure that you close the main gate and/or pedestrian gate after every entrance and exit. Guests who fail to do so, may be fined $20USD everytime they leave the gate open. Other things to note We do have two medium-large sized dogs on the property (Mango & Kratos). While they are complete sweethearts, we understand it can be a little overwhelming to have two dogs greet you first thing. If you'd prefer to have them on leash or inside for your arrival, please give us previous notice and we are happy to comply!
