Living room has leather couch with full pull out bed. 1 large chair, smart TV with live TV. reading nook and table to seat up to 6. mud room on side porch with shelves for storage and changing out of dirty gear. wrap around porch with seating. all access except basement. nestled in the White Mountain is this quiet residential neighborhood please be respectful of our neighbors. limited dining open late most restaurants close by 9. there is one restaurant open until 12 with burgers and drinks. Dunkin in town! very safe, no crime. yard for kids to play in. I own a corner lot which provides plenty of parking. Although in winter months with snow there is no overnight parking on the streets. ATV shared roads home is heated with radiators, please be aware they get hot and can be unsafe for small children. 4 located within the home. driveway in need of repair, narrow with a side drop. can fit a trailer but space is tight with large amounts of snow.
