Easy access to I-84 and 45 min. to Pomerelle to ski/board or snowmobile. Plenty of parking and covered private basement entrance. Kitchen and dining are open to living. 3 queen bedrooms, 2 w /LED TV and electric fireplaces, 1 w/small desk. The bunk room sleeps 6! Front bathroom has tub/shower combo, other bath has oversized shower. Large utility area & large closets to store gear. Even though it's a basement the main ceilings are 7.5' and has a full kitchen. Mini-Cassia Turkey Trot is on 11/23. Entrance to the basement apartment is on the south side of the house. Parking is next to the covered stairway. Smart lock is on the entry door. The door opens into the kitchen which is stocked with dishes, mixing items, pans and some baking sheets. There is a Keurig with complimentary coffee pods. The refrigerator has an ice maker in the bottom pull out drawer. There's an electric stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. The dining room is set back with an egress window for some natural daylight. The living area is comfortable with reclining sofas and a TV that can also be viewed from the kitchen. Relax in this area with reminders of the cool rivers, streams and fishing in Idaho! Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a large mirror and double vanity. A tub/shower combos and toilet have a privacy door also. A large coat closet and pantry are convenient for guests. More storage is behind the door to the washer/dryer area. There are some cleaning supplies and some complimentary laundry supplies. Straight down the hall to the left is the exploration room. It has a queen bed with Woven cotton blend sheets and a duvet comforter over a Serta icomfort mattress. Dresser storage and a walk-in closet with hangers and a laundry hamper for convenience. The small desk next to the bed is a good option for a work area with a comfortable chair. This adventure room also has a ceramic wall heater that is cool to the touch. The next bedroom is the largest and has an electric fireplace entertainment center with an 65" HDTV with Roku for you to access your favorite shows. The bench at the end of the bed is convenient for programing the fireplace, TV or putting your socks on. This queen bed also has a Serta icomfort mattress under Woven sheets and a lighter comforter. The walk in closet has hangers and a hamper. The clothes dresser is on the opposite wall by the window. The bunk room has 2 built in Twin beds and wooden twin over double bunk bed. The wooden stairs are on backorder, so please be safe!!! To sleep 6 there is a pull out trundle bed. There is a dresser and a closet with hangers and a hamper. There is a small hall with some built in cabinets on the left for extra storage. The fishing and mountain stream room has a queen bed with a quilted spread, plush blanket over the Woven sheets and Serta icomfort mattress. Two night stands and lamps for nighttime convenience. The entertainment center has a electric fireplace under the other 65" HDTV. This room has a smaller closet with a hamper and hangers. The bathroom off the hallway has a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The toilet is louder than most because it's a grinder toilet since this bathroom was added on. It has a vanity and extra lighting for convenience. There are two towel racks and we also have extra towels. There is a stairwell with a curtain hanging at the bottom of the stairs until we can build a permanent door. Please don't let children play on this. The door has a keyed lock that's unaccessible from the downstairs. There's a small patio upstairs if you need bicycle parking. The open lawn is free to play catch or make snowmen or snow angels in the winter. Please ask for any last minute things that you might be missing, but will make your stay more enjoyable. The house is on 1.5 acres next to a farmer's field and our other neighbors have horses. The house is in the country, but just 2 miles from some of the favorite restaurants in Burley. The Salt Lake Express stop is at Maverik, less than 5 minutes away. We have parking on the south side of the house by the basement entrance. Please don't block garage access.
