Perched at the top of this 6 unit block you’ll enjoy leafy surrounds, views and a sense of privacy both inside & on your balcony. Self contained with a dedicated off street car park, reverse cycle air conditioner and access to the free shared laundry facilities on site , your stay here whether it be short or long will be comfortable. The space Positioned on the top floor with an apartment below, this apartment has plenty of natural light and is conveniently located on Musgrave Road. The building is located at the top of Red Hill so is an easy walk to Suncorp Stadium or Kelvin Grove but uphill on the way home. Our building is positioned on a main road, if you are an incredibly light sleeper this may not be the place for you or you may wish to pack some ear plugs/ear phones. The bedroom window faces the opposite side of the building away from the road and is buffered by the bathroom (which has a door) but traffic can be heard in the morning as it builds up. Many Queenslanders rise early and are early to bed due to the heat. Guest access The entire apartment, off street car park and shared free laundry with washer & dryer which is located on the ground floor under the stairs. Clothesline also available adjacent, detergent and pegs are not guaranteed as unfortunately guests take them all the time. Other things to note If you are staying a Monday night, we’d appreciate you take out unit 6 bins to the side street and bring them in Tuesday morning (bins in an enclosure near car park). The building is an old building and due to the nature of its construction ventilation is very difficult to install in the bathrooms. We request you open the bathroom window if not during your shower, immediately afterwards to allow steam to escape and minimise the chances of mould. We also request where possible that the apartment is not left with blinds/curtains permanently drawn closed as natural light also assists in mould prevention
