Rustic cabin, private pond, stars included

Take a detox from everyday life and enjoy a tranquil and relaxing getaway. Whether it is a workcation or a vacation, you'll find what your sole is longing for. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen. All towels and linens are provided. Max - 4 people. Internet/TV streaming is provided. Due to the tank/pond in front of the cabin no children under 12-please do not ask. Strict NO smoking policy, no pets, no firearms, NO hunting. Add’l fees will incur. BURN BAN RULES-when county mandates. The space The Cabin, is approximately 875 sq. ft. Think of a square box; one side 2 BR with a small full bathroom (tub/shower combo) between. The other side is the LR and kitchen area. It has a long porch attached to the south side which allows views of nature which absolutely soothes the soul. On the West side, guest entry side, has a small circle drive, a 3 step porch and convenient keyless entry. Security cameras are in place and monitor both exterior doors. Rustic Cabin is on Private (and gated) Property. Entry for look/see is not allowed without a pre-approved accepted booking. Rustic Cabin offers peace and tranquility even though a major hwy runs near the cabin. Once this Hwy is exited, it is only about 300 yards into the woods on a well maintained gravel road. There is adequate additional parking for trailers. Please let Host know if you are pulling an RV, horse trailer, or boat. Guest access Short, well maintained, gravel road, 3 step porch for entry, keyless lock- code will be sent by text within 30 mins. prior to checking time. No sharing of lodging except for registered number in your booking party. If you desire to have any additional people out for any reason, host must be contacted. Other things to note Although mentioned several times, this is a NON-smoking property, no pets, no parties, & no unregistered guests. ***Please note before requesting to book: We have a strict NO smoking/No pets policy and a $300.00 fee will be added for smoking on premises. You will be asked to agree to House Rules before acceptance. In addition, ALWAYS check with Hosts BEFORE grilling or campfires. Jack County is often in a burn ban, thus we have to be very, very careful. Unapproved fires will be grounds for immediate removal.
