Spacious 6-person apartment with pool Le Marche

Our small-scale Agriturismo Case Leonori is beautifully located on a hill, surrounded by forests and nature, close to historic villages and towns and a 45-minute drive from the beach. From our swimming pool, you have a beautiful view of the valley. We are located in the Le Marche region near the picturesque town of Treia where you can still experience authentic Italy. In 2020, the Le Marche region was named one of the most beautiful regions in the world to visit! The space Castello is our largest apartment with space for as many as 6 people. Often chosen by 2 families or families who just want a little more space. The apartment extends over 2 floors and exudes the atmosphere of an Italian farm with a beautiful tiled floor and antique wooden beams. On the ground floor, you will find 1 cozy bedroom, a compact bathroom and the kitchen. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 very spacious master bedroom with sitting area and a cozy children's bedroom with 2 beds. The luxury of the extra bathroom on this floor completes this apartment. Guest access You can use our spacious garden, swimming pool, lounge area and all other facilities on our property. For the children, there are playground equipment, a trampoline, ping pong table, fenced football/volleyball field and various toys. For an additional fee, our outdoor wellness center on the outskirts of our forest can be booked. Here you will find an outdoor sauna, hot tub with jet stream and relaxing terrace. Other things to note In the high season, you can order rolls daily, which are delivered to your terrace every morning by the local baker. We can organize a wine tasting, cooking workshop or E-MTB bike tour for you. From our agriturismo, you can visit historic towns, hike, go to the beach or the mountains. On our own property, you can relax, sunbathe by the pool or finally read that book in a hammock! In the immediate vicinity, there are several restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine.
