Modern Living on Camelback Resort Ski-in ski-out

Free community sauna+hottub+pool! Luxury on Camelback slope, Ski-in ski-out, parking lot level. We did gut renovation in 2021 to every detail with high-end materials to build a surreal retreat for our family. New furniture and new mattress, recessed lights, new windows, new A/C, mountain view, surrounding deck, smart TVs, custom tiles and showers in 2 brand new bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen (kitchen supply as-is with normal wear). The space 𐫰 Entrance at parking level, no long stairs down like half of the units in the community. 𐫰 We are on the lot that is next to the ski slope. No long walk or street crossing to get to the ski slope. 𐫰 No ugly popcorn ceiling or ugly beam on the ceiling. We rebuilt the house from scratch with modern lighting. 𐫰 No cold air leaking in during sleep, we have the best window installed. After entering the entrance, you will see a modern concept open dining/living/kitchen area on the main level. Living room glass doors lead to a surrounding large outdoor patio with beautiful winter mountain views. ✦ Loft bedroom is on the upper level with a queen bed and a private new bathroom. On the lower level there is one new bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms: ✦ The large bedroom has two bunker beds (twin over full, sleep 3 for each. There is also a trundle bed for one additional guest) as well as a walk-in closet. ✦The small bedroom has a queen bed. The lower level also has a washer-dryer room for guests to use, detergent provided. Please be aware there’s No piano as the pictures showing any more. No bbq or open fire allowed per regulations Guest access We provide four toilet paper rolls, one paper towel for your convenience each stay. We also provide two washing towels and six bath towels in total. Please bring your own if you need extra. Guests have access to the full townhouse. Guests have the right to go directly to the ski slope and ski down to the ski resort office to get lift tickets. The gated community also has community swimming, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts for guests (free but need to sign up). Guests have access to community trash disposal (right turn right before exit gate). Other things to note We are cord-cutter millennials so we don't have cable TV. However, we have full subscriptions to Netflix/Amazon Prime on every smart TV and hope these ad-free shows and movies will satisfy your entertainment need. The community only allows two cars per stay to be parked next to our townhouse although we can host 10 guests by our rental permit. If you have more than two cars, additional cars must be parked in the community parking lot B, not next to the townhouse.
