Regatta is at the perfect place in Gulf Shores. We are 2/10ths of a mile from The Hangout. The beautiful Gulf and blinding beaches are a few steps away. If you and your family enjoy walking then leave the car at Regatta and walk the beach or streets by us. Gulf Shores has long been thought of as a Family-Friendly city and we're proud of that. The space Thank you for taking a look at this beautifully refreshed condo. You have been looking forward to this vacation and finding just the right place is so important. We hope Regatta 103A will be the exact place for you. Regatta is located on the beach side. We have a nice balcony with view of the gulf. We face the west side so the mornings and good part of the day will have shade on the balcony for relaxing, reading, drinking coffee and staring. We are practically next door to The Hangout. Less than 2/10ths of a mile. So convenient. The pool is in the center of the complex. In the cooler and colder months the pool is heated to 80 degrees. You can set a chair out on your level and overlook the pool and watch kids from there if you prefer. You can leave you car parked at Regatta and walk to many things since you are in the heart of Gulf Shores ** Your cleaning fee includes 1 parking pass in the fee. The pass is good for the entire stay and will be in your condo when you arrive. If you needed a 2nd pass they are $40 and are purchased at the onsite office. Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot of the old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants within a tenth or two tenths of a mile from the complex. **Regatta has an elevator in the southeast corner of the complex underneath in the parking area. There are also stairs. We are on the first level above the parking underneath. Our hope for you is that you will have the vacation of your life.
