There is an office area leading to a double loft bedroom. Downstairs there is modern kitchen and dining area which opens up to the private rear external seating area perfect for those sunnier days. Parking is available to the front and side of the property. Guest access Self check in and check out service – Note Check in after 22.00 will not have access to customer services to assist in check in so please ensure you have everything ahead of arrival. Upon booking you will be asked for your email address so that we can send the check in information over to you. If you are new to Airbnb or do not have a 5 star rating you will be asked to complete an additional set of terms and conditions and provide ID and pre authorise a £200 security deposit. You have access to the full property throughout your stay. Free on street parking. Other things to note Minimum booking age of lead guest is 21 Early/late check in/out requests can be accommodated, where possible; upon prior request for a small charge. Please get in touch to arrange. Absolutely no parties, no smoking, no vaping in the property. You will be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund for the remainder of your stay. When departing the property please remember to take all belongings with you.
