The Paddock Annexe is a detached, 2 storey apartment in the grounds of The Paddock House. It has one parking space and private entrance. It is located in the peaceful village of Holton, just 6 miles from the centre of Oxford. Oxford, High Wycombe and London are all easily accessible and there are lots of transport links nearby. This is a great location for the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University and Oxford Brookes. The space The space includes a comfortable lounge with a cosy velvet sofa, coffee table and flat screen tv. The TV has Freeview and Netflix and we have provided some games and WiFi as well. There is a stylish dining area that can seat four people and a well equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is also a newly renovated shower room and upstairs there is a comfortable double bed with crisp, white linens.
