Welcome to our lovingly furnished Adlerblick apartment! Cozy 50 m² apartment on the 3rd floor of our Rosenhof farmhouse. With bedroom (double bed, baby bed possible), eat-in kitchen with dining table, kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator), cozy corner with sofa bed, 2 TVs, digital radio, shower, separate toilet. Special highlight: the south-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. Low ceiling height (about 2.05 m) gives the apartment its Alpine charm. You will stay in the rustic Rosenhof farmhouse, in the middle of the extensive hotel grounds – with lovingly designed, individual apartments for 2–6 people. With us, you can enjoy the independence of your own accommodation, including daily room cleaning (except kitchen) – and at the same time many advantages of a real family hotel. Our guests? Families with small and large children, grandparents with grandchildren, couples, solo travelers – all those who are looking for a familiar, relaxed atmosphere and something special. In summer, the "Bergbahn Unlimited" mountain railway ticket is already included in the price. This allows you to use the summer trains of the regions at no additional cost (depending on the opening time) In winter, tobogganing, campfire with mulled wine, torchlight walk and much more. *** Culinary (bookable) Bread service, breakfast, culinary delights or individual meals Other things to note To make check-in as easy and quick as possible for you, we need the home address, the names and dates of birth of the travelers and an email address before your arrival. Then we will send approx. 3 days before arrival, the link to the Allgäu Walser Pass, which you can then download to your mobile phone or print out. With the Allgäu Walser Pass you can use the Walserbus for free, in summer the summer trains of the regions and also have some discounts. *** Dogs (max. 2 per unit) are welcome. We charge a price of €18.00 per day and dog (without food). For your dog, we prepare, among other things, welcome and farewell treats, food and water bowls as well as dog bags. Please bring a suitable blanket or basket yourself. Since the space in our restaurants is limited for dogs, please inform us before arrival if you want to take the dog with you to meals.
