The space The master suite features a king-sized bed, loveseat, vanity dresser, walk-in closet, full bathroom and an additional, private Jacuzzi room. The master bedroom also provides direct access to the outdoor area; step out from this bedroom to enjoy a porch area and seating with beautiful, scenic views of the infinity pool and surrounding areas. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom is complemented with two full sized beds and en-suite bathroom, both rooms include a love seat, dresser and closet. *********There are also 3 additional high quality air mattresses available.************ Every room has an iHome Dual Alarm FM Clock Radio with Lightning Connector for iPhone and a security safe for your belongings. The home also has a desk. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counters, including the tools needed for cooking. *We provide a griddle, air fry toaster oven, air fryer (family size), toaster, coffee machine, new sets of pots and pans, as well as a large dutch oven and a new Samsung fridge and new stove (as of June 2024). The breakfast bar seats 3 and the dinning table comfortably seats 12. **** We also have a backup electric generator ******* This property features: A beautiful, huge infinity pool (3-ft to 8-ft in depth- with one end for children), and in-water pool seating. An additional outdoor bathroom with outdoor shower, for guest convenience are also included. The outdoor scene is just stunning and relaxing; sit back and enjoy the lovely Caribbean weather or the night time breeze. Outdoor area creates the perfect atmosphere for lounging, entertaining, or simply enjoying some calm and quiet time or relaxing on the hammock. Outdoor cabana includes custom pool table and lounging-seating area, great for hosting small parties or get-togethers. Behind the cabana, is a built-in barbecue grill station with sink. A fully functioning basketball court on premises, equipped with night-time lighting.  To ensure our guests privacy and safety, we are a fully gated private property, with 24-hour security on premises.   *Indulge, unwind and relax in a get-away you deserve! Guest access The entire house is available for the guests, it is NOT shared with anyone else (this includes the pool and basketball court). Upon reservation, these contacts will be provided, the main host and the security guard (who can also help with directions if needed). GPS pinpoint location will also be provided. Free, secure parking within the property, for more than 10 cars. The villa is only within 10 minutes away from the airport, free airport transportation provided upon request. It is about 10-15 minutes away from Santiago, where the “Monumento” is located, along with major restaurants, night clubs, shopping malls and other attractions. We are about 15 minutos from Moca. Other things to note We’re happy to host your stay and want you to enjoy your time here — celebrations and music are absolutely welcome! However, we kindly ask that guests lower the music volume after 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and after 11:00 p.m. on weekends. This helps us maintain a good relationship with our neighbors and avoid any potential noise complaints to the police.
